Thanks for your visit!

It's been since my birthday in February that I've updated my journal. If you're a watcher, you know that other than a poem I wrote to my wife, I haven't really added anything to my page in the way of deviations.

I'd say that I'm sorry, but actually I'm not really. Real life events have been stacking up this year that have taken priority to my leisure time. So, this update is about sharing what's been going on in my life so that those of you who do enjoy me and/or my work can be included in what's been going on around me.

First, we've bought a new house. And with any house purchase comes the mounting task of organizing projects to make it your home. I'm an electrician, so as you might guess, my honey-do list is a little longer than your average Joe.

Also, I have a baby girl. Take a look through my gallery and you can see glimpses of her. It's easy to enjoy my time away with my family. And there can be no better way to spend your time, I promise you.

And, there's always work. I'm part of a team of 4 electricians who keep this grand children's hospital up and running. They say that practice makes perfect, but what they don't mention is the demand on your time as your experience grows. After a while, you find that you are important if not essential.

I did pick up my camera and play with it while a couple ladybugs wandered around under my nose. When I get a chance, I'll post a couple pictures of that experience. But, that will have to wait until I get my new computer ready to work on. I barely have my operating system and a couple programs on it so far. I haven't even dumped anything personal on it yet.
